just a quick note. i wish you all a wonderful new years!

i can't believe how fast this time here in norway has been. it's been great and i'm excited for what is to come.

cort& i just took a norwegian placement test w/ hopes of getting into level 2 of norwegian. so...we'll be finding out our results soon here, 'cause we have to start classes next week!

cort's sister, Danielle, has also arrived! exciting to see family/friend! she'll be here for about 2 weeks so it'll be fun to include her w/ our daily lives.

we'll have a more 'normal' schedule this coming up week. i'm excited to see everyone again. it's been way too long! i'm also getting excited for budapest. it'll be great!

i'm also getting really pumped for a week of 24/7 prayer w/ a lot of churches from all throughout Trondheim. it's an awesome way to get so many together to pray for this city and all that is involved w/ that, especially students!!!

so...just a little update since i've not written in a while. hope all is well.

the sun is out today, that makes me SUPER EXCITED!!! hehe

We had a great Norwegian Christmas w/ the Mentzoni's

Went to the Trondheimfjord. It's so beautiful!

Kamilla & I

Cortney & I on Christmas Eve

"OH Christmas tree!"

HAPPY 2007 ya'll!!!!

I sure hope everyone had a most fantastic Christmas & New Years! we've been celebrating w/ a lot of feasts lately. went to the Mentzoni's on the 24th. Had a grand 'ole time here w/ friends on the 25th. Went to Kamilla's home to hang w/ her family on the 28th. and for new years we went to Trond & Heidi's house. we saw some great fireworks last night! i don't think i've ever seen so many fireworks going off at once before. the whole city was full of fireworks. it was like a warzone out there! they started shooting them off at 4pm and there were still some going off at 4 AM!!! our view made our 1st new years i Norway a perfect & memorable experience. we finished the night w/ a crazy game of Power UNO!! hahaha it was great fun!

i'm excited for things to be semi-normal again, although, who's complaining about relaxing? we've gotten pretty familiar w/ the show House. heard of it? well...you should watch it. not like i'm becoming 'addicted' to it and turning into a "House Advocate". but.... it helps for a good laugh though!!

i hope all is well and everyone who went to the ONETHING, i hope you got ROCKED!!

may you find yourselves blessed this new year and filled w/ JOY!!

klove
